The oil I've received in my last two orders, one order delivered today, have been dark brown instead of the normal light yellowish oil I've received in the past. My previous order had one cart that looked normal and one that was dark brown. I don't understand where the inconsistencies are coming from but when I reached out last time I was told there is nothing that can be done and no refunds or exchanges would be made. This time I haven't bothered to reach out because I purchased the 1ml cartridge thinking that it would be filled with newer oil. It's still dark brown and was only packaged back in September.
