HORRID CLIENT RELATIONS!!! I meander over the mountain from time to time and have always had a pleasant experience. 'Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when busy, but overall not bad. So, I'm a returning client and asked to view product before buying it. (I usually do not purchase loose flower from them.) The best they can do is man-handle the bag while I attempted to view the product through the tiny plastic window. This bruised the bud and was extremely immature on the bud tender's part by white-knuckling so tightly as if I was going to grab it and run. The bud tender stated she cannot let me view the product without them touching it at the same time - policy. WHAT?!!? You take my identification two to three times, have cameras all over my a**, AND do not have way of viewing product before purchasing it. In a previous experience with them, I've returned home only to realize they gave me an incorrect product...BECAUSE THEY DID NOT LET ME INSPECT the transaction, and legally I cannot open the bag until at my final destination!!!! I cannot stand being treated like a fool for basic managerial oversight and the lack of basic bud etiquette...1) get the clear viewing cubes that allow clients to view flower options prior to purchase - if you're too slow to do your research...visit the other dispensaries who have their sh!t together...(some even have containers that the tenders can let clients smell the product), also 2) allow your clients to view the material your tenders are placing in their final purchase bag to ensure accuracy. It's not always the client you need to watch...hey! My money is walking...

There are a two representatives that I'd like to point out are impeccable with their service every time I visit, Sam and Ryan. (I'm only on a first-name basis.) As a client who knows what I want and don't like to waste time shopping, these two gents have consistently listened consciously to my requests, not made decisions for me, and when asked, made relevant recommendations that proved 'on-point' (the proof of the pudding is in the eating). Although, I have had much more interaction with Sam than Ryan, I do hope they I hope these two stay around..., but ultimately wish the very best for their continued progress. Thank you, Sam!!! Thank you, Ryan! It's so very nice to be treated as a human by humans. OneLove
