Still training some of the newer budtenders not to misgender me and it's a work in progress, but they're so darn EXCELLENT about not deadnaming me or correcting themselves and it's high key 10/10 on visible effort. They really do put in the effort to keep my needs as a patient and a person in mind which is extremely helpful with my ADHD. I come in frequently enough that a few of the budtenders have actually removed products new hires were suggesting because it would be ineffective for me and they knew so. Everyone is exceptionally helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Don't forget your rewards points! Ask them about it, I was on a mental lock with my aspergers all the way until someone ELSE explained it to me and it made sense. They've managed to assist me even while visibly showing symptoms, stuttering, anxiety attacks starting- I ain't religious but I know if I go nonverbal someone's faith is gonna get tested hard, and I have no doubts even if I do at some point they'll still handle it professionally and compassionately.
