The other day was my first time in and I thought I was happy-ish with my experience (no eighths available in the only sativa dominant, no preroll for new patients that's advertised, and no one told me either until I asked. But I tried to go with the flow.) Until I just checked my bank account and I was charged $8 more on my debit card than we talked about. plus "ATM fees". I used a card so how do I have ATM fees from this location? And if that's common practice, why was I not notified, since it was my first time in? Flower is good, but I wasn't given the price I was told, which is the bigger issue. I was told by a guy in the back that I would get the 50% off my first 8th for being new, but since they only had grams in the sativa that I could get the discount on 4 grams. Then at the front, not only was I not given the discount we talked about, but the charges are $8 more, plus ATM fees (for a debit card, I still don't get that). I didn't feel welcomed by the front staff that helped me pay (the random total) and after this whole experience I won't be back. Not too happy.
