I've had to bring back my rec several times because they have such a horrible computer system. it's a nice place, but very poorly run. I will not be coming back.
Extremely rude customer service! Do not use if your rec is more than one month old. They will refuse your patronage in the rudest possible manner! There are several other places close by that are much better.
