I have loved this dispensary for a long time and drive a long way to support it, but when I buy a $100 quarter, I expect something I can actually smoke. Instead, I got Genesis Bioceuticals that decides its ok to shovel out seed-riddled bud at insane prices. Its very obvious that I made a mistake, so I've tried calling to check availability on the potent planet that I passed up. No one has answered the phone in 2 days. The customer service here needs to step up. This flower was also obviously packed by the staff at Tru Bliss and I'm sure it was very obvious how poor the bud was. Super disappointed with this place.

If you show up at the right time of day/week and place an order before you go, you will get in and out in 5-15 min. Employees are pleasant and I've never gotten the unsure waltz around the dispensary looking for your order that was never filled, like several other dispensaries.

First time patient, I waved the ftp special to go for a special of the day..I was given 1/3 of the special they offered because there was a typo. I called before hand to make sure what was being offered and they confirmed without a doubt. when I got there, I had to convince them they even offered the one offer that I got. After I left, frustrated..I realized I didn't get my $15 change either. Not a great experience.

Drove a long way to try this place out for their ftp special and try nectar farms flower. I called ahead of time to ask what restrictions apply to their bogo and they said there was no restriction, bogo up to an ounce of flower on any flower. It wasn't until I showed up that they mention it is limited to one item..coincidentally they don't have full ounces, so there was no way to get a bogo ounce. Definitely not interested in giving this place any more business when their deals are a trick to get you in the door. Flower was great but these brands are available at several other dispensaries that honor their word.

Tried this place once after seeing the bogo 8th deal. Delivery services are usually running behind, which they were but after a couple hours, someone stepped in to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service was great, but the bud does not look like the pictures or look any different from eachother but good bud regardless. Would def use their services again if I'm in a bind.

I came in for my ftp special and was happy to see a nice selection and friendly people. At the full price, I'd be upset about how dry the buds are. Fortunately I always have humidity packs just in case. The purple larry and sour tangie were super tasty, but gsc was a little bland. Overall I'm glad there is a new place to go with good flower.

The last 4 times I've visited this location the menu has been out of date and when I try to be understanding and call 10 min before I arrive, they've told me they would set aside what I want..but it magically disappears before I get there. They have a large selection, but don't go in expecting anything in particular.

they really need to drop the deli style, cause no one wants bud that everyone's been breathing on. the staff is always nice, and they have great specials.

Drove up from mesa for the ftp special and it was well worth it. Flowers were good, friendly staff, and they even made sure that I didn't leave without applying their daily special on top of my ftp. Definitely recommend.

Good flower, high prices, and shitty attitudes. I’ve tried this place a couple times because it’s close, but I don’t enjoy any visit I’ve made. From the look of these reviews, I’m not alone.
