not very welcoming or helpful

I love how friendly and welcoming all the bud-tenders are. I've never had a bad experience. They have great prices and great product as well, and there's never a long wait. Breeze could teach the other dispensaries how it should be done! ❤️❤️❤️

I was the only person there. Yet even after being texted and told by order was ready I waited outside for what seemed like forever. Bud tender was not personable at all. So far, we are 0-2 for HOD locations.

I think the security guys should be bud-tenders. They were very nice, very courteous, and very helpful on my first visit. I was happy and knew I had found my place! Then my budtender came over to me and asked if I wanted something. I told her I was they're to pick up my order.i hadn't hey my name. 5-7 minutes later, sure came back with an attitude thing me I had no orders. I offered to show her in my phone. But she said that didn't matter. She then asked what I had ordered. I guess it did matter, huh? She was very rude and dismissive. I'll not go back to this location and I'll not recommend it to anyone I know. And if I may say, it's hard enough for black people to make it in this world without being ugly to one another. I would have expected this kind of treatment from a white bud tender. But it's doubly insulting/hurtful coming from a member of my own race. The security guys greeted me, smiled, told me where to go, and answered questions I had. 20 minutes later when I finally got my order, it was the security guys that bid me good day. They have the customer service skills. THEY should have the bud tender jobs.
