I called Sierra Wellness to make sure they had what I wanted before I got there. I was helped by a novice budtender who had a hard time knowing the difference between an indica and sativa cartridge. She needed to ask the other bud tenders for help with almost every question I had regarding percentages, cultivators and parents for the strains. When placing my order I asked to take my flower down from an eighth to a gram so I could afford to get some cheeba chews which she forgot to do. This establishment does not take returns of any type so I was forced to leave with no Cheeba chews and more flower than I needed due to HER error. I understand a misunderstanding or miscommunication but how hard is it to read back the order to a patient?? And when a customer comes in letting you know that the order they received is not what they wanted- its not necessarily the best customer service to make them feel like its their fault or they did something wrong! How do they expect to help patients if they cant even get their order right??
