Its very disheartening as a patient to be let down so many times whether from the website, product availability, or its delivery service. If your employees advise and acknowledge an "communication" breakdown between inventory/ product control, and management then get it resolved! The product is not all that great, but its so convenient when other dispensaries share the same issue of product availability. There are several issues from, employees not knowing the product they are "trying" to sale or push, but that is a training issue. And the payment method. During these times Truelieve investment should be in its IT development team! But what do I know, I am just a customer looking at a huge issue of its internal and external factors e.g. Communication.
