I came here at the last harvest fest before this previous one that was held. I interacted with a security guard. A a manager and 2 employees that day. The manager was kind and patient. She helped inform me on everything i needed to know. Same with the security guard. Kind and helpful. The woman at the front desk was awful, so rude. So so so rude. One of the worst interactions ive ever had at a dispensary. I had another employee approach me with a horrible rude attitude as well that day. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I never want to shop here again. Ive never had such an awful experience at a dispensary in two years. Like i genuinelu am really fucked up from my experience here. I dont ever want to come here again. If you want good customer service go to sol flower on university. Theyre so nice and helpful and make you feel like family and always provide great customer service. I like am panicking just thinking about my interactions with the two staff from harvest. Im so hurt. Your employees are mean. So mean and disrespectful. Like ive had good experiences at other harvests. Im scared to ever come back to this location. And i feel like this made me not want to go to any harvest at all any more. Like why would you hire employees that hurt medical patients feelings and be so mean.

I really appreciate the help I get from.the sol flower team. Im honestly really happy copperstate farms opened their own dispensary. It makes communication and feedback on products so easy which is an anomaly in arizona. A lot of dispensaries have lost my buisness previously from burning bridges by having poor customer serice, poor communication with their grow op or brands they own. I really dont feel like ive had any other dispensaries since i got my med card two years ago work so hard to keep customers happy, retain their trust, keep them comfortable to come back. And as always ive only had great and friendly interactions with all the employees which im very thankful for too.

The flower smells like hay. Im a medical patient and so are a lot of people walking through the door. Who do you think you are selling anyone medical cannabis of this quality. Take yourself seriously. You have a medical cultivation license. This shit is disgusting and smells like wet hay. This isnt usable medicine. I bought the apollo haze and the rest of it should be thrown away and anyone who has been given flower of this quality shoud be notified of a recall and you should throw it away and refund them if you want to be respected as a dispensary. I will not reccomend this to anyone. I will reccomend against this place. How have you not fixed it in a year? This flower is not worth any ammount of money

Wonderful customer service. Manager actually went through with me til the problem was fully resolved. Ive had experiences where managers arent able to help because theyre so corporate at other dispensaries, make me feel uncomfortable or intimidated to ask for customer service assistance or wouldn't follow through til the issue was fully resolved. Im extremely thankful for the acting manager tonight. Always appreciate a company thatll resolve issues. Itll keep me coming back.

As a medical patient and someone with a grandma who is a medical patient with cancer! You guys are evil. 180 $ an ounce to 440$ an ounce? Now cancer and aids patients can’t get their medicine so you can profit! Great . You guys are evil. I hope the CEO has trouble sleeping at night. Seriously people without chronic conditions can’t afford their medicine to keep them healthy now. My mother is a nurse and has a patient with epilepsy who used MUV products. Now this patient can’t ge their medicine as well and you’re losing business from everyone. Your company put on a front as a place to help people and provide medicine and you immediately abandoned all of us. I will be growing from now on and gifting free medicine to every patient I know. May your business fail and lose all customers. Evil company. I’m going to find groups of medical patients and were all gonna grow 12 plants with our husbands and wives and were going to gift free medicine and homemade medical products to every medical patient we can find so no one supports yours or any other dispensary who proved they don’t care about people with chronic conditions and even dying individuals. I hope your owner can’t sleep at night. Rec people you can find better on the black market for like 1/3 of the price! Keep your dealers! Or better yet grow your own!

Your company is never adding sativas to the menu for your 65$ half ounce. Ive been waiting for atleast a month and a half or more since the last time i saw a strain that wouldnt sedate me. Ive been spending hundres and hundreds of dollars at other dispensaries because theres no sativas and we just want to give you our monry :(

First time buying flower from this location myself and I’m extremely dissapointed. I bought two eighths of Lemon skunk from Tierra grow and was horribly dissapointed for the quality at 45$ an eighth. Your company seriously needs to train your bud tenders on what should be priced at what price point and what’s acceptable and not. I bought this because I’ve had the same strain from the same company and enjoyed it more than a good amount of flower I’ve had this summer. But this batch was not it. Would not pay more than maybe 25 an eighth probably 20 max. Your company should have a policy of “would I buy that eighth or that flower? “ it would be good if your bud tenders were intrpening certified by the trichome institute. And shouldn’t charge 45 just because that’s what you charged for the same strain from the same cultivator in the past I don’t know what to say though heavily disappointed by the flower for the price. Same story when I went to nirvana Tempe and got a 45$ and a 50$ eighth. My wife has gone here for years so I know you guys used to have really good flower and even flower that smelt good for your cheap bulk ounces. I think money’s too much of a priority in the medical market right now. Lots of greedy companies charging too much for medicine that’s not up to quality and I was really hoping Nirvana wouldn’t be like that now. I don’t know. I think I’m going to be sticking to buying flower from health for life on fridays because the purchase I made from them was one of the few that I’ve been satisfied with since the pandemic started

Yo, so I’ve been steady going to this dispo since like 2014? I don’t know, anyways this Dispensaries always stuck out to me in their customer service as well as their Meds. I’ve loved seeing the price drops over the years especially on that Shatter! I always fuck with their meds, customer service, atmosphere, grow quality, trim job, all that. It’s a dope establishment y’all got there. Keep it up, love you guys
