Yet another very solid indica with classic indica traits and a good level of potency. Bud looks beautiful and smells like someone threw blackberries in their diesel engine to make it run. The high is potent and pretty relaxing, though I'd say there's a touch of sativa in this one ensuring a more balanced experience than a pure indica. This is potent and pleasurable pot, though perhaps as I've mentioned for some other strains, not quite as singular and unique an experience as things like Lamb's Bread, Girl Scout Cookies or Black Tuna. Still an excellent go to indica that won't just knock you out.

Ordered 8 grams and received one massive, beautiful looking bud, I was impressed with the look and smell of this strain (fruity pebbles, anyone?). Taste is great through the vaporizer, and the high set in pretty quickly. Nice, well rounded indica traits come to the fore, without making me too groggy and allowing for focus in doing tasks requiring it. My only complaint is that the high could perhaps last longer or be a bit more potent, and to me it feels a bit generic. Not a distinctive experience in the way Black Tuna or Girl Scout Cookies is, but a very solid and dependable indica.

This is a new favourite. I love the relaxation of a solid indica and the euphoria and creative focus of a good sativa. This strain combines both beautifully into a unique Cannabis experience. My buds look decidedly underwhelming, but a couple of bowls in the vaporizer and I was the highest I've ever been on pot (at least that I can remember!). I experienced one of the most relaxed body highs I've ever had, in combination with a clear head but very psychedelic effects reminding me of my mushroom eating days. I love that this didn't just knock me out as I like to enjoy my high rather than sleep through it (no insomnia issues here), but it was definitely incapacitating as I wouldn't trust myself to do to much or go anywhere beyond the comfort of my own home on this. Going back to the dispensary to grab a lot more of this while they still have it. A very distinctive and enjoyable high, and a new top 5 strain for me. Highly recommended!

I give the same spiel every time I visit the dispensary; I love the physical effects of a good indica, but don't want to be knocked out. I'm an artist and musician who likes to indulge and get busy, a productive stoner if you will. This strain was suggested to me by the bud tender when what I really wanted had just sold out. Maybe it's my own expectations/disappointment, but this strain just managed to knock me out without really providing the pain relief and relaxation I was hoping for. To top it off, it made me incredibly itchy, and didn't taste particularly good either. This could be ok if this is the kind of thing you look for in your pot, but it's not for me.

I agonized over whether I should deduct a star for the less than loveable taste (at least for me). While it vaporized nicely into thick plumes, I found the taste to be almost mossy, musky and very earthy. What followed was a slow onset but pretty intense psychedelic experience, mixed with euphoria and a burst of energy. Still, no racing heartbeat, anxiety or paranoia. Visual and auditory distortion began to occur in only the most pleasant ways imaginable. Transitioning through this sensory experience Yoga seemed like the thing to do, AND IT WAS! Relaxing Indica effects on the body begin to take hold, and this strain mellows out very nicely into a relaxed and touchy/feely sort of high. Tremble before the awesome power of touch, and try this with the one you love! Listening to Miles Davis' "Big Fun" on a great stereo in the dark now, completely comfortable and content with the utterly euphoric night I've had. Not feeling wired or at all, thoughts aren't racing but quite placid, deliberate. Totally relaxed and in total control, a great feeling. I generally prefer Indicas and partake in the evenings, but this strain was perfect for a rejuvenating evening with my wife. If using in the evening, just give yourself a solid 3-4 hours to enjoy before expecting to sleep. 4.5/5

Normally an Indica or Indica hybrid fan (though there's a time and place for everything), this strain was suggested to me as a Sativa hybrid for Indica lovers. It was the most beautifully coloured and formed bud I've ever seen, and covered in a thick dusting of trichomes. The buds themselves are large, dense and robust, especially for Sativa. Vaped two bowls with my wife, and we felt engaged in creative thought and discussion, and listened through 4 albums while travelling the space ways and tripping pretty hard. Then engaged in 3 hours of abstract photography in the dark. Very nice body high as well, with thorough relaxation and decent pain relief as the Indica shines through. None of the raciness, heart palpitations or paranoia that some Sativas can induce, at least not for me. A very engaging, euphoric and rewarding strain, and a beautiful one too.

Mellow is the word with this one. Vaping this can even taste a bit marshmallowy at times, and the effect is best characterized as mellowing. It combines a potent body high with some nice cerebral qualities. Conversation flows easily with this strain, and my wife and I have had some pretty thoughtful and productive conversations on it. Not the strongest strain I've tried, but a nicely balanced one. LA Confidential makes me very laid back and relaxed, but also deliberate and focused as a result. Unlike other indicas, this strain doesn't knock me out unless I'm already exhausted, and leaves me feeling focused and purposeful . Personally, I prefer that to feeling like a bumbling, out of control idiot, but there's a time and place for everything I suppose. It's also what makes this strain great for both relaxing and performing a variety of tasks requiring your focus and attention. A great and versatile indica.

While I'm doubtful my review will add much of anything to those already here, I have to sing the praises of this amazing strain. It tastes and smells slightly sweet and very smooth (at least when vaped). The high is instant euphoria, positivity and a pronounced bounce in the step and shrug in the shoulders. It eventually settles into a very relaxed indica high. It's as if the indica and sativa strains that make up this hybrid each get their own time to express themselves, if that makes any sense at all. A very happy and positive high, and a classic for very good reason.

Grabbed a quarter of this when I had the chance, and I'm very glad I made the effort. The buds were some of the biggest, most beautiful I've ever seen. The high is instant euphoria and a mental trip, followed by a perfectly relaxed and mellow body high as it settles in. Some of the most "feel good" pot I've ever had, had me feeling like a lamb frolicking and grazing in a field of clover. Being a sativa this stuff could get a bit intense and anxiety inducing depending on the consumer, but overall this is magical stuff, don't pass it up!

To me, this is what Indicas are all about. Total relaxation with a soothing head to toe tingle, and the complete distortion of time as it passes. Definitely gives couch lock, but also didn't knock me out (which is great for me, I like to enjoy my high and not just sleep through it). It doesn't hurt that this bud smells and looks amazing, and vapes beautifully. Candy indeed!
