These people have zero people skills. I took my elderly mother in today for her meds and the budtender was very unprofessional. Acted like she didn't care. My mother wanted to get information about the strains they had, and the girl wouldn't even make eye contact with her or acknowledge her needs. She just pushed their special for the day (which looked like garbage BTW) and we left. Went to High Level Health where we frequent often and was treated like family and got better product for a better price. Stay away from Northern Roots. These people have zero compassion for seniors that need help.

Chelsea was awesome today! Very knowledgeable, professional, and you could tell very experienced. oh, can leave out the cute part too lol. I always look forward to my next visit. All around 5 stars can't beat it.

Great meds! Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Prices are lower than some other local shops but the quality of the meds aren't lower!
