This is my go to place. There are tons of places to choose from and I do use a lot of the 1st time customer deals. But when I am looking for an actual purchase I like to go here. They always have deals and specials and their customer service is amazing. They know their stands and know what they are talking about.

I use to be a frequent customer. There were little things here and there that irritated me but wasn’t enough push me away. Today that changed. Yesterday I went for the two prerolls for $15. I had previously bought Mr. Mack’s gummies. They had 2 for something deal. One pack was from April and really crusty and the other was from June and was great. I told the guy they helped me that I had a slight complaint. He said to bring it back and he would make it right. I thought wow that’s a first. I even let him know there were only 2 left and he was like it’s ok. Today I took them back. I was treated with disgust. They first couldn’t find me In the system. Then they said we don’t take returns. I wasn’t trying to return them. I was just told they would make it right - whatever that meant. After a few minutes of the first guy not knowing what to do he got his manager. When he came out he looked at them after I explained that they guy I talked to yesterday told me to bring them back and they would make it right. They kept asking when I bought them and if I got them from there all the same information I had just said. Then the guy squeezed them through the pack and said that they feel squishy enough. I told him to compare it. He said that he couldn’t tell. He said well I’ll give you 20% off you next purchase. After how they treated me - when I gave them FREE promos by getting signatures in heir parking lot for the 796/797 drive last year and being a regular customer - I will NEVER go back.
