I like the staff and quality of the products and price. However, I find it extremely irritating that I cannot call my local Big Buds and the Leafly menu is not current which makes me have to go in to ask questions or see what is available.
That is NOT good customer service. Allow a loyal customer to call and ask questions. An update your Leafly menu so loyal customers have a clue what PRODUCTS are have CURRENTLY available.
Again, this is NOT a reflection on the Budtenders, it is a direct reflection on the owner. PLEASE think about your customers and improve THIS for quality customer service. Phones are not that expensive of an overhead cost
