Admittedly I was somewhat apprehensive going my 1st time. But the process & customer service was perfect. Since registration takes place before product viewing the initial visit (albeit that step couldn't have been easier as well. The staff working the registration area were really really kind, quick & simple) i can only imagine my next visit will be even faster.
