I bought a few PAX pods that seemed to be cheap for no reason. The reason was they expire a week after I got them. I know the pods aren’t going to immediately go bad on that date (if ever) but I think they should put the fact they’re short date products in the description, or tell you when you pick them up. I emailed them after I drove an hour back home and saw the date and they told me I can ask to check the dates while I’m there. So while the guy at the window is doing his best to rush me out the door I’m apparently supposed to ask him to remove the 75 staples he just put in the bag/receipt so I can check the dates? The first old pod I’ve tried is not surprisingly the worst hitting one I’ve ever had. They also put a little insert about the pods in the bag. It’s been copied so many times you can’t even read it! So at least 1 person there doesn’t care at all about quality. I’ll definitely be checking my bag before I leave from now on. I do like that this place is right off the highway, but other shops in the Berks are definitely better, price and qualitywise. My only other complaint is that it seems like every email I get from them is riddled with errors in pricing, product, etc. lol maybe they need to stop taking their work home.
