I’ve been using Kind Care quite frequently over the past 3-4 years. Normally they’re pretty good. I understand that things get mixed up and mistakes happen. I ordered 2 grams of shatter online. Specifically shatter. They gave me wax. No problem. Tried to call and figure how they wanted to fix this. It goes to voicemail, which is full. Not good customer service.
