I visited the White Marsh location today to pick up my pre-order, everything was great. On my way out, a driver passing by me on the way to my car (not a patient, just some random woman - elderly), frantically asked me for help with directions because she was on the way to an appt - she was lost. She hands me her phone in this process through her window that was all the way down for me to set her up with directions, and I absentmindedly sat my bag from the dispensary down on the seat of the car (like a dumb***). Before I knew it she was gone and I realized she had my stuff. So I panic, and try to drive after her via the instructions I gave her. And no luck. Now, this is something that I definitely didn’t need to happen on an already bad day I was having. I am a patient here because of my anxiety. And now I just spent all this money, and am without what helps me with my symptoms - so you can imagine how I just want to cry and combust at the same time. When I went to back to the dispensary, I was assisted by KB - one of the managers there and I am blown away by the service and kindness she provided to me. I mean, every time I come here the staff is always so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And KB has helped me before in my past visits.. but today I was really taken aback by the sympathy she had for me after hearing the situation and seeing the emotion. KB, THANK YOU for making a crap situation much better and for convincing me to not stop being a good samaritan haha, you’re an angel!!!
