They been trying to over charge me the last 3 times I been there. The veteran girl there looked at me like I was stupid when I told her she was forgetting the discount. I been going there for 3 years now. They take the rec side first over medical and just push you out now. What happened?

1st visit after I switched to “medical only” dispensary. The staff was rude. Silver haired guy told me I had to leave immediately wirhout even asking. I walked in and I had my medical card in hand. Then I stated I had a preorder and was made to wait while others walked in and got theirs first. I had to tell him again then he moved me to the other line. Once I got in the girl that gave me my order was rude when I asked if I could add something. She said they were busy. There were 2 others in the lobby. I was supposed to get a 15% off for my first 3 visits well I didn’t get the first so I switched back. I can’t believe they run such bad service for people that medically depend on this like me for a brain injury. Who can I talk to?
