Rebud Cannabis Delivery

I've used Rebud before without issue. This time, I ordered about $200 worth of product while planning to pay cash on delivery. They called soon after stating they made some inventory mistakes. We made a few on-the-fly changes to my order but mostly just cancelled the majority of my order. They also had a driver or two out for the day. Overall, it took seven and a half hours to get my order. All of that isn't that big of a deal. It happens. But they overcharged me as well. They did text me an updated total before the delivery but there was no way to know what items were included in that $65.33 total. Later, I created the same cart in Leafly and that total was only $56.68. So I was being overcharged. Yet, the driver told me a different total. His total was $71.xx. Even the invoice they stapled to the bag was cut off at the bottom. So I had no reason to be difficult about it at that moment. I sent a text to the driver and emailed rebud. No response. I called customer service a few days later. They only wanted to blame leafly on the price issues and acted as if the driver's "mistake" wasn't a big deal. All rebud could offer me was a vaguely described discount for a future order. I didn't make this order because I needed the products now. I made the order because they had really good deals on that day. I sat around the house for more than half the day, as if I was waiting for the cable guy twice. All I got was stuff I could have ordered at a better price on a different day.
