I’ve had numerous problems here. Good flower, terrible customer service. Once, I ordered online and they made me wait three hours because they said they lost my order and told me to keep waiting. On that occasion I was also given the incorrect products, and it ended up being more expensive after I had reordered in person. Just today, I ordered an ounce online. After receiving a confirmation text that it was ready, I called to confirm, but nobody is answering phone calls. After traveling 30 minutes, I waited an additional 25 to 30 in the parking lot only to discover my allotment wasn’t adequate for my purchase, so I left empty-handed. Had I been able to reach someone on the phones to confirm before driving, it’s possible they would have caught this discrepancy. I even checked my allotment, but couldn’t decipher what the numbers represented. Never goin back here.
