Great spot!

Please get the consistancy down; I hope you guys also start growing with veganics/organics in soil, no hydroponics. I have tried all your top shelf meds & and have still cought some sparks. For $65 am 8th I shouldn't see that. Visited originally about a week after the grand opening & was treated well. I hope you guys can treat me like you did the first few times I visited your establishment as I have been given a slight hassle the last few times I've been there. A lot of dispensaries are doing this. Treating patients really well at first & then stop caring... Don't fall into this category please!

The service sucks & so does the layout; I haven't been back since my last horrible visit (where not only was I yelled at by managers in front of other patients ) but was also disrespected by the executive director. You've burned your bridges with me already Bloom. And with that said, several hundred more patients that I know now have the same feeling. You never know who your dealing with! Just remember that. Your chances were given, and you choose to be big shot big mouths; your entire establishment is run by people who just don't care for the patients, and wow is that apparent. Only thing ya care about is money! Furthermore bloom never gave a damn to offer an apology for the unprofessionalism I was exposed to time after time. Stay clear of these goof balls! They are all about the money & will bait & switch you !!!

How are 2 of the 3 people working the dispensary not cardholders and not med users. That is very weird & makes me uncomfortable. I was treated very poorly after the staff realized I didn't have a ton of money to spend. Like literally, the lady just sat there. I was like I am first time patient, would you like to give me a tour & still she was like durrrrr. Wow this place is a total joke

Today was my first visit to natures AZ. The Good: Comfortable, welcoming environment with great staff! Thanks Maria The Eh: Meds are decent. There are a few strains that looked & smelled really nice, but most strains smell to green and don't look that great. I think if you own grew your own meds you would definately be at 5 stars across the board. I will come back because I like the environment & staff and meds are still ok. Thanks again Natures AZ & well see you again soon

*Update review* Just wanted to mention that Rob came through again, this time on valentines day. Was given the valentines day special they were offering which was pretty legit! I got an 8th which consisted of the chemdawg, cannadential, grape crush, and purple skunk. All of the strains I tried were very good smoke. I wouldn't say the buds all looked super top notch and sparkled like diamonds but the potency was def there on all of the strains I tried so far. I would like to see some more indicas & kushs from you guys! Thanks again rob!

They are there for patients not only the money like a lot of places out there. Justin, & Lex have been my usual bud tenders. They are both friendly, and accommodating, in addition to both being very informative. Thank you guys for being there for me! Been here a few times; no sense of compassion or customer service on any of my visits; they think they are superior to the rest like many others reviews have mentioned. If you want to be treated like a patient and like to feel comfortable while selecting your medicine look elsewhere. Your not doing them a favor and that's very clear; Seems like It's all about the money not about the patient @ uptown
