Unfortunately, I have to give Surterra a negative review. The staff was very nice and no complaint there. I purchased three disposable Surterra pens in Aug. 2019. Recently, one of the pens failed with visible product still in the cartridge . Surterra staff identified it to be a bad battery. I learned from this experience that Surterra will not totally back up a defective product. I was informed that the battery is designed to last 6 months. My pen was approximately a tad over 3 months old, and informed that after 3 months Surterra will not be responsible for any product defect whatsoever. All that being said, I was never informed of any of this criteria, at the time of purchase. After all, Surterra dispensary was recommended by my physician as the best place to obtain medical cannabis. In all fairness I did not expect a full replacement cartridge. However, IMO they should offer ( at minimum) a discount for a replacement. So, A word to the wise “Buyer beware”!!!!
