The reviews that are negative aren't entirely wrong, but I think they're entirely from people who can't think ahead. You'll sometimes need to keep trying the number, especially when they're running any specials or during happy hour. It can take a while to get your delivery. Especially depending on your distance away. But if you can plan ahead slightly and assume you'll get your order a bit after calling it in, this is by far the best place in the valley. The bud and concentrates have all been top-notch, with prices that make every place else look like a huge rip off. It's almost difficult sometimes to differentiate between what they consider top shelf and the rest, as I haven't had anything with less than amazing quality, both in bud structure, flavor, and potency. They've got me as a customer forever, and I think if you give them a chance, and realize that they really are as busy as they say they are, plan and order ahead and you'll get the best product with the best prices anywhere. Also, I'd have to guess they've stepped up their customer service game recently, as I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with all of the drivers and the people on the phone. It's always quick, and everyone I've talked to has been awesome. Keep up the great work, guys!

Today, tried the new Durban Poison kief, seemed like a good amount for the price, and definitely been wanting to try their own stuff. Hits incredibly hard, more than most kief hits I've had. Amazing taste as well (and the flowers looked VERY nice). Always loved it here, but making it better never hurts to get me to come back.
