I had an incredibly unsettling experience at this location. An employee, asked for private information that falls under HIPAA law, which made me feel even more unsafe. There’s no reason why I should have to explain my diagnosis to this employee or discuss what I do for a living. I was simply there to pick up my medicine, and instead of being treated with respect and privacy, I was left feeling judged for my purchase. The interaction made me question why I was even alive. Their motto is, "There for the customers, we exist because of you," but that was far from the case. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager about the situation, I felt backlash. It was as though they were making it seem like *I* was in the wrong. The lack of professionalism and disregard for my privacy is shocking. I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly urge others to reconsider visiting. No one should leave a business feeling vulnerable and distressed.
