This was NOT my first time to here but it will have been my last time. I have been at least 4-5 times and each visit is more disappointing than the last. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to a friend, nor I would not shop here again! For a company that's slogan is "Relief you can rely on", they are very unreliable. The company claims, "At Trulieve, we strive to bring you the relief you need in a product you can trust." yet their service does not mirror that... AT ALL. If you want to waste hours of your time, waiting for something that can be done in a few minutes then this is the place to go. Want to pay for overpriced eighths? Go to Trulieve. Don't be surprised if there's mold on the flower because that wouldn't be the first time a customer had experienced that. Or that someone has called the customer service line just to be on hold for nearly an hour and have the call drop. They don't treat you as patient, nearly some lowlife that is going to pay lost of money for the products they sell to you whenever they feel like it. Have fun waiting hours and hours just to have to wait more. Could not have been more disappointed with this place. Either learn to run your business efficiently or watch as your customers stop coming back because of the way YOU treat them.
