Placed an online order 2 hours later no response, went to the store nothing was ready and they wanted me to wait in regular line.

Shitty service no one really cares about helping or doing their job.

First time I went there I bought a ounce with my ftp coupon, ordered over the phone during covid. I got there they took my money and gave me 19 grams and rushed me out. Outside I found out I only got 19 grams, I went back inside and they said that is what I ordered even though I paid for a ounce. Worst place ever would not be surprised if they get sued
