I usually shop the Phoenix location. The only time I have been to the Glendale location it was late and I did not have time to get in with the long line.
Last Saturday (3/20/2021) I ordered delivery from Glendale because of my zip code even though the Phoenix location is closer (about half the distance).
I tried to order online but the system would not let me complete it, so I called in about 2:30 p.m. and received a text about ten minutes later saying my order was successfully placed.
I called back to add some dry tincture to my order and was told it was confirmed.
About 5 p.m. I got another text saying my order was being prepared. At 5:30 I got a text that my order was being scheduled for dispatch. Then a phone call about 6 p.m. and another about 6:30 saying my order was about to go out for delivery about 7:30.
Then a text about 8:15 saying the driver was on route that included a tracking app that showed 7 deliveries ahead of me. Each update showed a later ETA.
About 11:20 p.m. I got another call from the driver to make sure I was still awake (the previous customer had gone to sleep) and tell me he was about 20 minutes away. I also received a text to the same effect.
He arrived about 11:45 and with no receipt and in the dark, I tried to remember and confirm my order 9 hours after placing it.
I did not notice until the next morning that I did not get the dry tinctures that were added late to the order. Since I do not have an itemized receipt, I do not know if I was charged for them.
