Ordered a pickup order, got to store and they told me my order was “sold out” so I ended up paying $25 more for a strain I didn’t want. If you have pickup orders, put them aside for the person picking it up. You don’t sell it and make me pay more. WTF?

Great location and awesome service. I've been waiting for this place to open since their delivery-only service shut down back in November. I doubt they'll have the same deals as they had when they were delivery-only, especially on Saturdays, but their flower is great and I've always loved their packaging and friendly customer service, too. Great pre-rolls. Welcome back!

Yo the budtender just straight up didn't give me my FTP edible but instead handed me a generic battery for the two cartridges I bought. WTF?

I came in on Easter so they had me pick a plastic egg out of a basket and I got a 20% off discount. GREAT! But it was also "Sweet Sunday" and I bought edibles, so I should have been given 25% off my order instead of 20%.

Pretty impressed with the new prices and the quality of the flower is actually decent. Will be going here until other dispensaries catch up.

I got two different strains, both apparently “top shelf”. They were not good. Bud was crispy and weak with zero flavor or scent. This appears to be a trend with Arizona dispensaries. They sell low-quality flower in the normal tiers but then add a really expensive tier that’s the only decent flower they have. These tiers never go on special. Expect to pay at least $300/ounce for anything that’s not dirt weed from any Arizona dispensary.

These guys got too big too quickly. Their flower is either really dry or really fluffy and not very potent. All the flower looks, tastes and smells exactly the same. You won't find a sticky, resinous, gooey strain, they're all bottom shelf quality and prepackaged. Same with the Bell and Youngtown locations.

Flower quality is a bit suspect but not horrible if you go premium. The cashiers tend to not give you the discounts you're supposed to get, then seem to get annoyed when you point out the fact that they tried to rip you off. Good Dream Steam prices on Tuesdays.

I've been to this location four times and every time I've been disappointed with the flower quality. Nice place and friendly budtenders but please work on getting your flower up there snuff. It's either a dry ball of powder, or small fluffy nuggets with absolutely zero stickiness or orange hairs. The scent and flavor are non existent except for a little bit of hay. :(

I like their flower but it's still too expensive even after price drops. They used to charge $360 and no tax for top shelf, now they charge $306 with tax, which ends up being around $340. I'll come back when the prices are in line with other dispensaries.
