I went in asking for indica prerolls. I asked what strains, she asked how many. I advised, but was like okay she didn't hear me through everything. Here is my concern, I am a med patient where certain strains impact me. She came back and rang them up. Really?! I get 2 of a strain that gives me anxiety. With this, "No refund, and no echange" policy how does this type of customer service help patients? This type of customer service can harm people.
