I’ve been shopping here for years. They have the best deals. But their customer service is definitely going downhill. I placed an order online right before they closed, when I showed up the next morning to pick up my order they refused to honor the price that was on my receipt from placing the order. I’ve literally spent thousands here, and they turned me away over $12. There are too many dispensaries around for them to be treating customers any way they want. I will NEVER spend another dollar at Bloom. If you’re reading this I suggest Zen Leaf Germantown, they honor the price on the reservation every time.
EDIT: The manager called me to apologize and said she wish they would have known and they would have handled it. HOWEVER, 4 different people looked at my receipt on my phone and made the decision to not honor the price, then i left without purchasing anything, while i was leaving i voiced my dissatisfaction, then i sat in my car in front of the store for 15 minutes to post this review. The same employee that refused to honor my reservation came out to do a curbside order and looked right at me. THEY HAD AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO FIX THE SITUATION. THEY DID NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG UNTIL THEY RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MARKETING REGARDING MY GOOGLE REVIEW. Just goes to show you that they will do whatever they want until they are called out on it. They offered a discount and to honor the price. I declined. There are 15 other places i would rather give my business to. Businesses that truly care about their patients without needing their corporate offices holding their hand to guide them.
