0 stars. Most undesirable service that any dispensary can possibly have. very unprofessional no training what so ever. no organization what so ever. Management where? better yet OWNERS WHERE YOU AT? our community needs to demand for better!! not settle for dump. humans need their meds and this here is maya.

Very disappointing service for express pick up. Emails and messages are sent out to everyone stating orders are ready for pick up when in reality you get there and they tell you no its not ready so we have to go to the back??? Really!!! Very unprofessional environment for being secret shopper very unpleasant environment to be in. Needs so much more improvement.

pick up service needs to improve ASAP. just because you are located in the west side that should not justify unprofessional actions taking place within the dispensary. my name has been inputted wrong various times. confusing patient information is very dangerous. there is no line whatsoever for pickup once you walk in then everybody wants to run in front of you all of a sudden supposedly they were next? get your employee's act together overall you get this locations act together unbelievable... how you view your job is what you put out.
