I specifically ordered from Canna because the store offered ‘curbside pick-up’. Called while on my way and was instructed to call when I’m parked out front and a staff member will come out. Parked in front, call in, and a male employee answers, and with a condescending laugh said ‘You know you still have to come in, right?’ UNPROFESSIONAL and UNNECESSARY! Outraged and hesitant to go in (I care give for my mom with complex health issues). I walk up to the porch, a staff member greets me at the door. I ask ‘How does Curbside service work? Bc I called and was told differently.’ I shared what happened over the phone and I strongly suggest they get their sh*t together!
