I put in a $300 Leafly order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told I needed a photo id to hold my place in line. This is the only dispensary in AZ (that I have found) that is STRUGGLING to adapt to the digital transition, and they decided to make it the customer’s issue. Time-stamped Leafly orders aren’t enough for them to keep order. I didn’t have an ID, but I have a debit card (and OF COURSE my digital MMD card on my phone... which is the only thing needed at other dispensaries). They sent me home and cancelled the order. When I asked why we needed a physical card, the worker told me to stop screaming and to leave. Worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary! The drive to Urban Greenhouse just became totally worth it, and I will NEVER shot at Muv again!
