I've been having problems here for months. Pick up order never ready. Online reservations aren't sent through there system or your order is in a duplicate file they can't find. I had an issue last week about my file being put in twice and points scattered through each. I was told they were merging my files and I was getting 2× the points for the promotion they had going. Went back today only to find out files weren't merged and my points were not doubled. I spent close to $400 dollars to receive 10 points. If I wouldn't of asked I would never would have known. For the amount of money us patients are paying for our medicine there's no excuse for this. Don't waste your time or money here they are not competent. Also make sure to check leafly if you still go as they are no help with accurate strain info either.
