I was very upset about having been convicted to buy a chrome stick and not told that there was. 48 hour window In which I was able to try the product and make sure it worked properly , I hadn't used it because there was no need for discrepancies at the time when I did finally use it I got one big puff out of it after trying extremely hard to smoke it . It felt like there was something in the way and I couldn't get the smoke to come out . When I looked to see if there wa anything in it , barely a little bit over the bottom where I could see it , not cool . When I called I was told someone would get back to me and it called two more times after that within 3 days to try and see what happened and when I finally called back the 3 RS time because no one returned my call , all I got was we have a 48 hour policy sorry. Not happy with that because I spent money on a product you convinced me to use and you couldn't even get back to me Intimely manner to asses and maybe help fix the situation.
