Called to ask about their menu and the receptionist hung up the phone. Why would I want to come in and shop if you guys can’t even answer a question. I’ll let the owner know.
They should really look into who is updating their website with the deals and pricing. As a medical patient when I put my order in the website should reflect accurate deals and pricing. Because today when I came in the dels were different and incorrect and the budtender refused to rectify the issue.
I put in an online order and double checked with the budtender that my transaction was medical also had my medical card on the counter. Once checked out it wasn’t ringed up as medical and the individual lied saying he didn’t know. Completely unprofessional. As my first visit to this location I won’t be back.
The lotus wax is poorly packaged and set up so the wax leaks into the threads of the container. I called the store and they refused to do anything. A waste of product and some of my money. I personally would never return to this store. As a consumer this is ridiculous. Management is a joke as well. The do not display their products properly thus wasting some of the product that is paid for by us the consumer!
