The drive thru here is extremely slow. So, go inside. A lot of people waiting there too. Again extremely slow. Another customer spoke with manager to ask why there was no one dedicated inside for pre orders. The manager Lacey started to go into the back, customer said I'd like your supervisor name. Lacey, the manager, rolled her eyes and went into back. Worst experience ever. I'm a dedicated HFL customer. Not sure now....
