Been doing phone orders for months but one gentleman that answers always seems distressed by this request. I would love to completely make an online order but unfortunately the product descriptions and potency information is lacking in many of the products I'm interested in. If this aspect was improved I think it would make more people take advantage of online ordering.

Management does not care about loyal customers. I spent over $3000 in a year at this store. When I had a problem they said tough. Go somewhere else. New management is horrible.
