Horrible customer service. I didn't use my punch card on one visit because I had a referral and the bud tender gave me a hard time because I was on my 4th visit using the 3rd visit discount. Why care so much if a person didn't or wasn't able to use their card on a visit. The bud tender was rude and very unpleasant. I will never return after this visit. She kept getting smart and having alot to say when I was just trying to understand the process

Today's visit started off horrible i just wanted to leave and never return to Nirvana again because of harassment from security but Skylar the supervisor and the site manager made my visit even better and i will be returning by the say the wedding cake flower is perfect thank you for turning my visit around.

Friendly service right when I walked in they greeted me. I like how you dont have to complete any paperwork just all digital. Great selection on different flower. And awesome location and its cute inside

They didnt put my referal points in. Customer service was good and what thry give you as a new patient a box a lighter is great gifts
