Been here a few times and the service has never been awful until I tried to return a cartridge that didn’t work properly, first the budtender tried to “fix” it then send me on my way as I was on the last few hours of my return period. She then told me I could just pay the difference of a different cartridge so I took money out of their ATM and paid their fee. Then for another budtender to come over and say I can’t do that. I understand your policy but clearly you need to train your employees on it to no give misleading information. The manager wouldn’t make it right to even offer good customer service. Will continue to go to other dispensaries that always put the customer first to keep them happy.
