my order had missing items that the driver reported. a woman stating she's the top operations manager for all of Budee later got me on the phone to tell me that she knew i had paid for items that were indeed missing, and that she wasn't going to bring them until i gave back what i took. she went on to very gruffly accuse me of many things including repeated lying, dishonesty, thievery, "robbery by customer", and that she had reviewed "the evidence" and "the footage" proving that i had committed illegal crimes. she even expressed her annoyance at the time that reviewing the evidence of my crimes in "the investigation" took out of her day. i told her i didn't know what she was referring to and that she was making a mistake, she replied that no, i was the one making the mistake by refusing to admit what i had done. she was very angry and very very harsh. i had never been berated by a person like this before, she was really going bananas. later, a friendly person called to quickly let me know they found the missing items "on their end". meanwhile, we have been verbally assaulted, accused of many things and completely horrified by the experience.

avoid Budee at all cost unless you're looking for a rip off followed by a series of arguments. they have the absolute worst management in the business. with so many great choices, it's easy to avoid this disaster and protect yourself and your money. stay away from Budee, I sure wish I had.

My new favorite discreet delivery resource. They approved me nearly immediately, were in contact with me throughout my mistakes on the form, checked in with me when I got my package, and included freebies.
