This was my first time ordering from them. I ordered based on the positive reviews. The eta was 50 minutes, however, they called me an hour after I placed the order to cancel on me. Very disappointing since my order was for a last minute birthday gift. Now it’s too late to find any other delivery service, they could have called me sooner before they closed most places around here. I should have gone with a different company. I’d say don’t order during PM hours if you don’t want to end up being disappointed and with nowhere else to go. I’ll never order from them again.
