rosalita needs customer service training. Was rude and unprofessional wanted me to pay before was even done placing order, I bought 24 kind cartridges and she gave me total and acted like I was done after they first 4..? and then took her an unreasonably long time to process and bag items also, she even kept snapping at me when I inspected the products to verify she actually gave me what I asked for. Maybe she needs to quit going to work so stoned so she could provide decent service to customers. Or start!
