On top of it I am a patient. Watch it kid in the express pick up line.

Well again and again I get the run around about my military discount. Sometimes u get it and sometimes u don’t. It is the choice of the bud tender. I have gotten the same thing every time since starting here; In bags and I have received my discount. Last time I was in, my roomate and I both came. Both had online orders. I was sent to the walk up register as my roomate went to the online order register. He came out with his bag with his discounts and I was told I can’t use mine when we both bought our medicine in bags. Let me guess, next you’ll have patient waiting outside in the dying heat just to pick up there medicine. No Thank u! This isn’t about u saving a few dollars it is helping medical patients get the required meds they need and have enough for people with fixed income!

Well. No priority for medical. They have patients outside in hot & cold weather now. State laws are not being followed & the lovely girl has an attitude at time of opening. As a medical patient all my paperwork and ID’s have been up to date since my first visit, last year. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to come in from day one. Slowly becoming one of the rudest dispensaries.

Great customer service & as much as I try and find deals, Cureleaf always comes out on top. Especially this location. All the other Cureleaf's suck. Ask for Big Country when u stop by!!!

Second time I have been in. Stopped in to take advantage of a free pre roll for my birthday. Now being a disabled Veteran, who is trying to ask questions about my medication and everyone is talking over everyone and the whole space just echos with voices. So in return you have to speak louder and then everyone can hear your conversation. Doesn't seem like my medication is taking seriously. I need certain strains for different cycle of my disability. No one should be hearing what I am asking the budtender. Due to only being my second time I was asking a lot of questions and of course u can't hear and we wear a mask, so it took a few min. Man behind me got mad I was asking so many questions. I hope U guy can fix the atmosphere here. Hang up some art to drown the echo. Between doors shutting and people talking it was really hard to even be in there due to my disability. Remember this is suppose to be helping patients not making coming in harder for those who have disabilities. Then in the end I got a snip of an attitude from the employee.
