Horrible! I spent so much money here before everything got shut down, trying to stay a loyal customer I tried cultivates delivery service since most times my experience is a pleasure HOWEVER, my FIRST LAST AND ONLY delivery was made yesterday and I ordered a 1/2 of gelato by them and some edibles and after receiving the product I opened it ready to indulge and I was SOLD a brick of stress or reggie you can say.. mind you I SPEND THOUSANDS of dollars here and this is the last thing I expected to receive. When calling in this morning I was speaking to Deebo? And she acted like she didn’t know ANYTHING. I never felt so insulted and offended in my life. No sympathy no nothing , actually she kinda giggled and laughed like it was a joke. I don’t understand how people can be treated how I was. I mean are you guys delivering bs because we can’t see it? I need answers. I need this fixed ASAP!
