I've shopped at Pure Options for about six months now. First the positives: it smells nice; it's clean, and the medicine is usually good quality & strong. However, as a woman I've been treated badly when visiting on several occasions. There is almost always some sports game / commentary on the tv and some of the guys who work there can't keep their eyes off it. If you don't talk to them about sports they have nothing to say to you. I have also been ignored/dismissed because a more beautiful woman or a man comes in and the budtender starts talking to them and completely forgets about me. Often I hear other customers (men) receiving a better price than what is listed when they place their order. I've also seen men get extra freebies that I've never been offered. My final complaint is that their Tuesday deal keeps changing; when I first started going I could get an ounce for $200 every Tuesday. They've gotten rid of that and now it's only the highest price strains (they usually only have around 5-6 strains that are $10, the rest are way more expensive) that are marginally discounted.
