This place is honestly the worst! The online ordering is a joke and lacks professionalism. I have had three separate instances where I ordered a product online and drove all the way to the dispensary only for them to not have what I ordered after they sent me three different texts to confirm they had the product. When you tell the budtenders about your poor experience, they don't even apologize and they don't care about you as a patient or customer. I hate shopping inside because the music is so loud and it's like a carnival in there. It's not what I'm trying to experience when I want to get my medicine.

Nova is by far my favorite dispensary in all the valley! They have a process of running their business that is different from other dispensaries and truly sets them apart with class and sophistication. I've been shopping here exclusively for the last 2 years and know almost everyone on a first name basis. I don't shop anywhere else!
