Great bud and prices but horrible staff. The Woman working the front counter refused to let me enter the dispensary because my medical card "didn't look like one" and refused to pick it up and look at it. After that she refused to let me see a manager because she was sure she was right. I was returning customer who won't be in again.

Serra Eugene is AWESOME!! Usually I am not a huge fan of dispensaries that give off the spa vibe but this one is different! The quality of the bud is tremendous and the price is great.

Very friendly staff! However they tried to push the special and that's a big turn off for me. The cannabis however was out of this world. Well trimmed, well cured and great overall smoke. If you want good weed this is your place, just know what you want ahead of time or they'll give you their best salesman impression

My first time in was great!! VERY friendly staff with knowledge of the product. The only reason I gave a four for quality is on the $5 gram special I got very small and larfy pieces, good smoke though. The fat pack of sap concentrate is The best deal I have came across as far as oil in town, worth that deal alone for a re-visit!

Super friendly staff and GREAT product. If you've never been in its worth the trip AO never disappoints!
