Very displeased as a loyal customer to you guys. The young blonde manager refused my return on a dud cartridge that I literally just bought yesterday! The cartridge is all the way filled. I have the original package and the receipt. I told her the cartridge wasn’t hitting right and it taste literally burnt and it wasn’t producing it’s clouds. I tried two different battery’s , it wasn’t the battery’s which is your brand btw (cannabis and glass). The cart would let me take blinker hits and I can’t even handle a blinker 😂! I have tried this same cart before multiple times in past too btw. The girl still refused to exchange it the same one for new one which I just wanted a cartridge that worked I payed a lot of money for it not to work?!? I just bought it yesterday I felt like this girl had no care to do it for me. I am loyal to you guys and I always tip my bud tenders . Don’t put you can exchange a bad cart on your receipts if you don’t even fucking doing them.
